Adding an entry to the NEW in context menu?

Really finding more little "glitches" in XP <g>. I don't have a text
file option under NEW in the context menu of my XP. A google search
hasn't helped. Can anyone tell me how to add this item to the NEW
function, pls?

Download TweakUi from the following Link.

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx

Run TweakUi and click Templates. Check for the "Text Document" entry. If it
is not there then you can add a new entry by just adding any text document in
it.
