Adding a user

Gday all,
It appears when I set this pc up I did not add a user, I have had it running
in Administrator mode for months.
Now this has been pointed out that I should not surf the net in this mode
and I want to add a user.
I know adding a new user is easy but can I do this and keep everything the
way I have it and "transfer" all the setting and shortcuts etc to the new
user?
