Adding a Title on top of an animated graphic or movie

I am new to creating presentations with animation or movies. I added an
animated video from Digital Juice as a header in a PowerPoint Presentation.
I need to add a title on top of the animation. When I inserted a text box -
I could not see the text when played as a slide show... how do I fix - thanks.

You can't do this. A video will always play on top unless you use fairly
expensive Add Ins
