adding a rejected cookie

i accidently rejected a cookie that i need. i already went to the security
settings and changed them to allow all cookies and even deleted the ones i
had. how can i add the cookie to my computer?

Adding the website to Trusted websites list should install the cookie again.

Open Internet Explorer | Internet Options | Security tab |Trusted Sites
option.
