adding a password

How can I add a password onto my computer so that I will
need it to access anything on the computer? I have XP
home edition
 
Hi Dina,

Click Start -> Run -> type "control userpasswords2" (without " ") and then
click OK.
In the dialog box that appears, clear the Users must enter a user name and
password to use this computer check box, and then click OK.

I hope this helps you out.
