Adding a Network Place or Network Connection

I was trying to add a network so that I could see other
computers through my wireless router, and whatever I did,
I can no longer log on to Windows. I can not even access
my computer through Safe Mode. Can anyone help me?

Does the logon dialog box appear? What happens when you try to logon?
Please give us more information. Also, you have more information about
"whatever [you] did" than we do. A clue would help. Please try to provide
as much information as you can.
