Adding a Backup Tape into Catalog

If my server crashes for whatever reason and I reinstall
Windows 2000 Server back on the physical server, how do I
catalog my last backup tapes? I other words, how do I
insert the my backup tape into the new catalog?

Once I found a document that explained how to do this but
now I can't find it.

Select the Restore and Manage Media tab of NTBackup.
Tools / Media/Catalog a backup.
