Everytime I start Outlook 2002 an message appears that
says: "c:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Application
Data\Microsoft\AddINs\'is not a valid office add in"
I just installed Outlook 2002 that came with a pocket PC
that I just purchased. I went to the tools menu and
options and then clicked on add ins. Whenever I click on
com add ins the error message appears. There are no add
ins listed in the box to try an remove.

I have the same problem. Does any one have a solution
besides Com Add-ins button the Tools menu, which only
repeats the error message?

Try using the registry editor and deleting the offending addin if it
appears under either HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins or
the equivalent key under the HKLM hive.
