Addign shortcuts keys to symbols in Outlook

Hi

A user has set up on her Outlook that when she his Alt
129 she gets a portugese character. She has about 15 of
these shortcuts set up for her a while ago by someone
else. How would you add further shortcuts to new
characters?

(she cannot work with word as her email editor, and is
using rich text)

You need to be using Word as the email editor or some external third-party
Windows shortcut tool. The built-in Outlook editor has no shortcut
capability.
