add WIN2000 computer to xp network

I have a client with a LANtastic network that needs to migrate (slowly) to a
newer network. I set up an XP network with one of his 3 XP machines and it's
accessible by all three and the one WIN98 machine he has. But I cannot get
the two WIN2K machines to recognize it. I've browsed through here and don't
seem to find the answer.
 
Make sure all computers are in the same workgroup and all useraccounts exist
on all W2K's and XP's.
