Add/Remove Windows Components

Hello
I wanted to add fax from the subject cache. When I
clicked on the symbol I received an error message.

Windows XP Setup

Setup was unable to open information file msnmsn.inf.
Contact your system administrator. The specific error
code is 0x2 at line 2011777033.
Does anyone know what this means and how to resolve the
error or who to contact?
