Hi, the Add/Remove Windows componet tool won't open, I get "setup library
netoc.dll could not be loaded, or function NetOcSetupProc could not be
found. Error code 0x3eb"

Any ideas?

Expand a copy of netoc.dll from the Windows XP CD, or from any other source path. The file need to be placed in the following path:

%windir%\system32\setup\

Hi, I can't seem to extract the file netoc.dll from the CD, where is it
located?

Should be available under the i386 folder in the Windows XP CD. Note that the file name would be netoc.dl_ which you need to expand.
