add/remove programs

First i would like to thank all who answered my problem with the
..pinball.inf file.. . i got the file
but when i go to control panel, click "add/remove programs" then add/remove
windows components"
i receive the msg,(windows xp setup) "setup was unable to open information
file "pinball.inf." Contact your system admistrator. The specific error code
is 0x2 at line 2011804389"
I don't understand that. . .what does that mean and what do i do?. . .

What exactly are you trying to ADD/REMOVE from the system? Perhaps, you
may need to reinstall that program and then uninstall it to completely
get rid off it from your system.

Start>Run>msconfig>ok
Click Expand File... under the General tab.
Write pinball.inf in the box File to restore.
Insert Windows XP CD in the CD-ROM Drive.
Restore from>Click Browse From Point to the Windows XP CD's "I386" folder
Save file in: C:\Windows\inf\
