Add/Remove Programs

Some items show under Add/Remove but have been removed
from the OS.. Where do i go to delete that entry so it
will not appear under Add/Remove Programs?

------ both for Windows XP Pro and Windows 95
 
Start > Run > regedit

Navigate to the HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\
Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall

Delete the keys you wish. Do Not delete the entire
Uninstall key. If you are usure of what the entry is,
browse through each key and note the value for DisplayName.

I'm pretty sure this will work in XP Pro and 95.
