Windows XP SP1 - Add and Remose Programs

Hi!

When I am installing Patches for Windows XP SP1, they don't appear under
'Add or Remove Programs'. Is this normal because these patches can't be
removed?

Some patches can not be removed and thoose will not show in Add/Remove

Hi

Most updates are possible to remove, so if you have installed
several updates and not one shows up in Add/Remove Programs,
I would say that is a bit suspicious.


To see what uninstall folders you have available, you can run
the following command from Start/Run (all on one line):

cmd.exe /c dir /a d %windir%\$NtUnins*>%tmp%\u.txt & start notepad %tmp%\u.txt
