MS08-059 won't install

seems to have a problem. I tried to install these patches and they
(2004) gave an error.
Microsoft Host Integration Server 2004 Server SP1 not found or this
package does not contain compatible patch.
I have XP Pro SP3.

Hello Jim:

The relevant information was given to you in the error message. KB956695
or MS08-059 should not be applied if you aren't running a Host
Integration Server (HIS) with an IBM system or the like. i.e. MS08-059
isn't mandated with most XP Pro SP3 systems.

If you would like to triple check your need for Microsoft's system
patches, 1) turn on and leave on Windows Automatic Updates. 2)
Occasionally run the latest Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer (MBSA).
3) Let secunia.com scan your system and/or download/run their PSI.
