Add/Remove Programs error

After installing a new program, I now get the following
error when I try to access "Add/Remove Programs" in the
Control Panel:
An unexpected error occurred.

Wrong number of arguments or invalid property assignment
res://appwiz.cpl/default.hta
Line: 77

It's probably going to require a registry hack to fix
this. Can anyone tell me how to do it?

Have you tried to regsvr32 appwiz.cpl? I wonder if its just not registered
properly.
