Error Message : add/remove pros tab

whats up everyone hope all is well in your world.

I have a problem, when i try to open the add/remove, i get
this erroe message:An unexpected error occurred. Wrong
number of arguments or invalid property assignment
res://appwiz.cpl/default.hta Line:77. What is that? can
can anyone help me? Please.

well been at it for 4hrs 2:36am now so live long to ALL.
