How do I add a program to startup menu, such as Outlook,
so that it will automatically open every time I start up
my computer?

Hi, just put a shortcut to the file in the Startup folder located in your
Start menu.

make a shortcut and drag it to your startup folder is the
easiest.
c:\ Doucements and Settings\ *Your Acct.*\Srart Menu\
programs\ Startup folder

There's more than one way to do this, but the simplest is to put
a shortcut to it in the folder \Documents and Settings\your user
name\Start Menu\Programs|Startup
