Add Printer Wizard-unable to add printer

Some users are unable to complete add printers whilst
using wizard at Windows 2000 workstation. Printers are
found in 'browse' option, but selected printer is not
chosen on 'double-click' or 'ok' button, wizard asks you
to select printer again..

Are you using Service Pack 4 for Windows 2000? I've got the same
problem on Windows 2000 Terminal Servers.

When I have a solution I will post it here. When you've got one please
also do...
