Add a printer

We have a 2000 and a 2003 server. We have downloaded all necessary printer
drivers. A client is trying to add a printer using the "Add a Printer"
wizard. In the second window, client should be able to select the "local
printer" option, but it is gray'd out.

Does anyone know how to resolve this? Is it permissions?

Any help appreciated
