add other users

Can anyone help. I have added two other users to my email account as I did
in Outlook. It keeps asking for verification, their username and password (I
am using the same password as my own for my email account), which we have
typed in. It still will not accept. Can anyone help please?

Not sure what you mean by "their" username and password.
Multiple users on one account doesn't quite compute.
The only username and password Windows Mail needs is the one for each
mail account. Do all three users have separate email addresses?
