Add or remove programs console (please help)

I am unable to see old softwares that i have installed in my PC in the "Add
or remove programs console" from the past few days .
i dont have any sytem restore points set on that date to get back also.

I am able to see only new software installed on my pc in add or remove
programs console after that problem.
how can i can see all softwares that i have in my system in Add or remove
programs.
Any body please help me to sort out this issue
 
i didn't find the exact solution ,may i know which reg file i have to run to
fix the issue.
