add ons

[xerox1111]

i downloaded this addon called doctranslate which translates a document from
word and u dont have to go online to translate, but when i installed it the
add on didnt show up in the riboon, so i went to word options and then
clicked COM addons go... and then i cllicked add.. and i tried to add the
dll, but word said its not a compatible addon so i have two questions

What is the format for addons?
and
How do u install doctranslate? heres the link

Well, you can download the code from this link
http://doctranslate.codeplex.com/SourceControl/ListDownloadableCommits.aspx i
suggest downloading the latest one, and if you can read c# 2008 then u can
probably help me, i can sort of but i have no idea how the code works

As Doug says, CodePlex is the place to raise issues like this and it seems
you are not alone (and, FWIW, I see the same problem).
