Add Items On Startmenu

I wish to add a shortcut to one of my important folders
in the startmenu area where Internet Explorer and EMail
are Pinned. Where In Documents And Settings do I add this
shortcut. When I tried adding in All Programs and then
opened it 3-4 times it did not come in the frequently
used programs list just below the Pinned IE and Email so
I could just right click and say pin to start menu.

You are speaking two different languages here.....one is with IE and OE and
the other is Frequently Used Programs.

To add folders on the Start Menu, here are some options:

You can replace either My Pictures or My Music with a specialized folder of
your choice. It will behave as the above folders do as in cascading, etc.

Add Folder to Start Menu - Replace MP or MM (Line 2)

Or you can add a folder or link under Search and Run. Note: If you running
an OEM, it will replace their link.

Add a Folder Under the Run Command (Line 180)

And/or: Add a folder to My Computer, Desktop and Right Click (Start Button)

Add a Folder to My Computer and Desktop (Line 130)
Add a Folder to the Start Button - Right Click (Line 124)

Another option is adding a special folder to My Documents as a sub.

I wish to add a shortcut to one of my important folders
in the startmenu area where Internet Explorer and EMail
are Pinned.

If the item is showing up in the regular area below those (which it
probably is if you used it recently) then right click on that line and
take 'Pin to Start Menu'

Then put it there. The other options can be used as well. Especially
adding it to the Start button/right click. Which most users utilize more
than the Start Menu.
