add-in VEMail.exe for Outlook 2003 causes "The fatal error occurred"

I installed add-in VEMail.exe v1.2 for Outlook 2003; causes "The fatal
error occurred" when Video Message button is clicked. I have XP
Professional, 1Gb ram, 2.4GHz processor. Any ideas? Thank you.

Uninstall it and contact the vendor.
