Add-in Spamblockerutility

When I double click to enter Outlook, I receive a dialog box that states "
The add-in C:\Program Files\SpamblockerUtility\Bin\4.8.0.0\redemption.d...
could not be installed or loaded. Thos problem may be resolved by using
detect and repair on the Help Menu." I have run CA virus, Ad-ware, and
spyware and it still appears. How do I correct this problem?

With Outlook closed, delete the file %UserProfile%\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\extend.dat

I don't know where to find that file. Will anything else be affected if I

Open WIndows Explorer and in the Address field, enter

%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

Click Go.

Nope. Outlook will rebuild it.
