How to get rid of "0x079e24e5" reference 0x07a023e0' could not be

The Subject error message and this one " The add in
"C:\ProgramFiles\SpamBlockerUtility\Bin\4.8.0.0\Redemption.d" could not be
installed or loaded. I would like to get rid of both of these error
messages.

With Outlook closed, try deleting %AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook\Extend.dat
