Spam Blocker Utility pop up occurs everytime I open Outlook

Every time I open Outlook a pop up box occurs. It reads ... The add-in
"D:\Program Files\SpamBlockerUtility\Bin\4.8.4.0\Redemption.d...." could not
be installed or loaded. This problem may be resolved by using Detect and
Repair on the Help menu.

I go through the Detect and Repair process but the pop up box continues to
appear each time I try to access Outlook.

When I clilck the OK box, it goes away and I can access Outlook.

Is there any suggestion how to rid my computer of this.

You don't mention if you have this spam blocker utility installed or not,
but if you select Tools > Options > Other tab > Advanced Options button >
Addin Manager, you can uncheck the box next to Redemption Helper Outlook
Extension.

Note: If you do have this spam blocker utility installed, you can check Help

About Microsoft Outlook > Disabled items to see if the Redemption library

has been disabled. You can re-enable it to get your spam blocker utility
working.
