Error Message when starting Outlook 2003

Each time I start Outlook 2003 from my desktop I get the following message:
"C:\Program Files\SpamblockeerUtility\Bin\4.8.4.0\Redemption.d.." could not
be installed or loaded. This problem may be Resolved by using Detect and
Repair in the Help menu.
Detect and Repair in the Help menu does not solve the problem. The program
will run normally after clicking on the "OK" or the Red X but it is
aggravating to have to do that each time I start Outlook 2003.

In Outlook, select Tools > Options > Other tab > Advanced Options button >
Addin manager and uncheck the Redemption library. If it isn't listed, then
locate and rename/delete a file named extend.dat. (its in \documents and
settings\<userid>\local settings\application data\microsoft\outlook.)

Outside of that, the error is caused by a 3rd party spam blocking utility
that didn't uninstall cleanly.

Thanks very much for the help. The only problem is that "Search" never would
find SpamblockerUtility.
For your information neo[mvp outlook] gave me the following information and
it worked in case you ever run into the same problem. Again thanks much for
the help.

Thank you very much. It worked like a charm when I followed your
instructions. I had spent $64 with MS Support and 2 hours with Dell with no
luck and within 3 minutes of receiving our solution I had the problem cleared.
Thank you, thank you.

I was having a similar problem with Redemption and I'd worked hours trying to
solve it. Thanks for the help.
