Getting message the add-in "c:\progra~1\SPAMBL~1\Bin\484~1.0\SBOL

I am getting 2 different messages hen logging on to Micosoft Outlook.
The add-in "c:\progra~1\SPAMBL~1\Bin\484~1.0\SBOLExt.dll"

and

The add-in C:\programfiles\spamblockerutility\Bin\4.8.4.0\redemption.d...
could not be installed or located.

Both state that these programs may be resoved by using detect and repair on
the help menu. Tried this, doesn't work.
Also, I have tried to set my computer to a previous date. This also will
not work. I can no longer go back and reset my computer. Help

Your PC is infested by Hotbar, and probably other malaware, if there is an
entry in Add/Remove for it, uninstall it.
Download update and run both AdawareSE and SpyBot, both free

Or google for Hotbar removal

If that doesnt help locate extend.dat, an outlook file delete it and restart
