Hi,
I have installed program ABC (unzipped it) to C:\ABC. It has not added
itself to the list of programs in the All Programs.
What is the proper way to add that folder (that contains an .exe, a
license agreements and an internet shortcut) to the Start}All Programs
list (NOT the Start Menu using "Pin to Start Menu")?
Thanks.

Click on "Start" then right click "All Programs" and select "Explore". On the
window that pops up double click "Programs" and paste the folder that you
want there.
