I accidently deleted some of the pre-installed windows components. I've
managed to re-install all that I want except for Sonic. Is there an easy way
to remedy this problem? It keeps asking for a disk that I don't seem to have.

Sonic is not a Windows component. You'll need the install CD for your Sonic
software.

Depending on the brand of computer that you have, it may be possible to
recover the application. HP's have an entry in the start menu called "PC
Help &Tools" that allows you to recover applications without having to
completely re-install everything else. Also, it is likely that all of the
programs that were installed when you bought the compuuter can be recovered
by using the recovery options that came with it. Either a set of recovery
disks, or a partition on the HD set aside for recovery purposes. Your manual
will cover these topics, if you have one.
