add a keyboard

Hallo,

I have a problem with the change to an another keyboard.
When I add a keyboard (for example german) - then I
receive the error message "Windows could not properly load
the German (Germany) keyboard layout".

Which component I forget or what is the problem???

I didn't have that problem but in order to set the spanish
keyboard I had to add the "English Language Support"
component. After that I could modify the setting in
the "Regional and Language Options" component and set
Spanish as the keyboard layout.
