Add a distribution list for to field and cc field automatically?

Looking for a way to select a distribution list to the to field and have and
address from that list go to the cc field automatically. Or a way to setup
an email templeate with adddress in the to and cc field.

You can use a Wizard Rule for this.

To create such a template, turn off WordMail as your editor, create the message, save it as an .oft file.
