AD printers

I have about 20 printers listed in AD for our domain, When
I go to a workstation to add a network printer it will
take a very long time to find the printer then add the
printer. Sometimes it can take up to 5 minutes or more
just to do a search for all of the printers that are setup
on the domain. Any help would be appreciated

What is your domain structure ? What is your DNS setup. Check, that all your
clients are using your internal DNS server and not your ISP's. Run dcdiag
and netdiag to get extended status report.

everything is done internally its a mixed mode domain, the
DCs are the dns servers, Its not a dns issue that I can
see.
