Ad-Aware scan crashes computer.

Hi

I downloaded Ad-AWARE PLUS but the system scan pops up a bov about 30
seconds into scan that says the Dcom Server process launcher service
terminated
and windows will shut down in 1 minute. I have tried every answer on the
Ad-AWARE help site, but so far nothing helps. Any ideas?

hey,
have you tried reinstalling it? because i'm running ad-aware personal 1.03
and most of the time when i have a problem, all i have to do is reinstall it.

I've reinstalled twice, once the free version and once the original one I
paid for. No Good.
