Activity Tab and Journal Location

Jeff

We are using a contact folder in "All Public Folders" to share company
contacts for customers. We link files, items, etc. in the Activities tab,
which puts entries by default into each individual users private Journal
folder. These items need to be shared as well. I have created a public
Journal folder under "All Public Folders". Entries made directly in this
folder do appear in the Activiteis tab for a contact. Now the question:

If I am in the Activities Tab in a contact, how do I make a Journal Entry
created from "Actions", "New Journal Entry for Contact" save by default into
a different Journal folder under "All Public Folders"???

Outlook does not provide any built-in simple mechanism for maintaining a
public journal. See http://www.slipstick.com/journal/pubjournal.htm for a
discussion of this issue and possible solutions.
