journal entries on public contact folder

I have a small business question. We have exchange. I have placed a
contacts folder on the public drive that I want several people to have access
to. I want these people to be able to journal on their activities with these
contacts. As it stands now, I can journal, and the journal entries seem to
attach to my personal folder journal. No one else can journal (either that
or the entries are ending up somewhere where they are lost), and no one can
see my journal entries when the public folder contact is pulled up. I tried
creating a public journal folder and attaching the public contact folder to
it, but no go. What the heck am I doing wrong?

Thanks in advance for any advice

Milly, Thanks so much. I was able to get it to journal on the public folder.

New question, it is journalling on the public folder, but no longer in my
personal mail folder. Is there any way to get it to do both? I have tried
adding two journal sites to the contacts activity property, but I am getting
an error message. If I can get outlook to do this, I am soooooo good to go!!!

Thanks again!

I just had a thought, what I actually need is the ability for the person
entering the information on the public folder to enter a task that will show
up in their personal task list. It appears that I cannot add more than one
activity to the public contact property? Is there a workaround?
