ActiveSynch with Outlook 2003 and PocketPC

I am using Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager,
and a PocketPC. I have ActivSync and Outlook working
fine, but I have the following question:

Can I synchronize my Busniness Contacts with my PocketPC,
or do I have to copy the business contact in my regular
Outlook contacts creating duplicate contacts?
