when trying to sync my HP iPAQ 6365 with either my desktop or notebook using
2 different Btooth stacks and software, i've updated rom & using latest 4.2
activesync - delelted all profiles short of a hard reset and re-install of
all software i'd like to try something else- - this URL is the only article
i've located refrencing exact same issue -

I get this exact message below.
"Microsoft ActiveSync cannot recognize this device for one of two reasons:"
* The device was not connected properly - ect ect
*The device is not a Smartphone or Pocket PC - ect ect
checkbox = Stop ActiveSync from looking for device on the serial/infrared
port.
