my computer whenever it goes to a website it says "Your
current settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on
this page. As a result the page may not display
correctly."

What do i have to do to stop this messeage from coming up?

Open Internet Explorer:
Go to : Tools>Internet Options>Security.Scroll the bar to "Medium"
then click "Apply" then "OK".

Launch Internet Explorer, the go to 'Tools' and select 'Internet Options' on
the drop-down menu. When the Internet Options window opens, select the
security tab, then select the Internet icon--you want to change the settings
by clicking 'customize' button. In the settings window, enable to ActiveX
options--I usually enable 'signed' ActiveX options.
