Hi,
I was woindering if anyone out there has had a similar
problem. I have a customer who is running Xp home edition.
Lately when ever he goes to run the windows update, he
gets an error that says "Unable to run Active X in this
page" then displays a micorosft solution from the
knowledge base. I have tried a few different knowledge
base solutions without any luck. This problem stops the
person from getting to any Https: or the windows update
pages. If I try to get to the same pages using Netscape no
problem. Any ideas on how to correct this problems

thanks

Phil

Phil,
Have you enabled the appropriate options to enable Active X in IE's
security settings?
