active x macromedia

when I try to open ecards or play some music or games a popup apears and says
I need to install active x control macromedia flash player,but when I try my
computer won't let me. I have been able to open cards in the past so I don't
know what has hapened.Can someone offer some help!! Thanks!! Rita
