Active X - how do I get rid of the security bar.......

When I go to some webpages I get the security bar above the window saying
"Your security settings don't allow websites to use Active-X controls....
etc." How do I get RID of this aggravation once can for all? The
helpfiles don't explain how to remove this security bar once and for all.

All of the ActiveX options are in Tools/Internet Options/Security Tab/Custom Level Button.
 
What needs to be changed there to get the Active-X to work?

You can:
Disable the following:

Automatic prompting for ActiveX controls

See what happens when you do. If that doesn't meet to your satisfaction,
anything that says "Prompt", change to Disable. Note what you change, if
you ever need to go back and undo it.
