Active X control

I am trying to print coupons and the coupon printer will not install. I have
changed settings and nothing still happens. The active x yellow bar at the
top of the screen does not even appear. Any suggestions? I have tried frome
different coupon websites.

What happens when you try? If you get error messages, quote the exact
text. What websites? Provide the url's so people can check them out for
you.

It would also be useful to know what browser you are using and what
