Active X Control

I bought a new HP Pavilion a1620n with Windows XP Media Center Edition a
month ago. I receive newsletters from several different name brands
(Pillsbury, MenuSaver, Bisquick etc) where I receive recipes and coupons that
I can download and print. I had no problem with this on my old computer, but
when I try to print coupons on this one it tells me to click the blue shield
in the browser bar to allow Active X Control to download for the Coupon Print
Manager. There is no blue shield or Active X Control. The HP Technicians
can't figure out the problem. We have enabled Active X in Internet tools
security and lowered the security setting and turned off pop-up blockers and
still no luck. Can someone help me? Thanks
Shirley

HP Technicians, that's an oxymoron. Like Army Intelligence. Have you
tried using the Firefox browser? www.mozilla.com/firefox It may help.
