Active RAS Client Session Not Displayed

I'm running W2K Advanced Server SP4 with RRAS enabled. It's also a DC,
running AD.

Whenever a remote user dials in, authenticates and connects, their "session"
does NOT show up in Computer Management, Shared Folders, Sessions.

The DC's System Log does show the connection being made (user, com port,
time, etc.) and ending.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks.

It shows up as a remote user in the RRAS console. Making a remote
connection is not the same thing as doing a local logon. It just makes an IP
connection. It does not set up any TCP sessions or do a domain login.

Thanks for the explanation. However, this was not always the case. Prior to
SP4?, I was always able to see the user's session (connecting remotely via
RRAS using a computer that's part of the domain), in addition to seeing it
via the RRAS console

Something changed between Service Packs and/or Security Updates.
