Active Partition is not available

Hi!
I have widows 2000 server with service pack 3, and linux
7.3 on single hard drive. Linux loader(LILO) write on
Linux's partition boot record. Now I want to active
Linux's partition but when I right click on Linux's
partition there is no active partition option. Can you
help me?

Is the disk Basic or Dynamic? Is the Linux partition a primary partition,
or a logical drive?

Make a cp of your linux boot sector and put it in your
Windows C:\, edit boot.ini to add an entry of this file.
As long as you didn't overwrite your MBR on install your
ok.

Only primary partitions can be made active. Unfortunately, my knowledge of
the Linux boot process is too limited to solve your problem. Perhaps a
Linux boot diskette might help you.
