Here is the sceaniro. Three domains in two different forests.
Here is the scenario
**********Forest 1*************
root.com -- No external trusts
child.root.com -- Two way external trust with outsidedomain.com
*********Forest 2**************
Outsidedomain.com -- external trust with child.root.com
A mailbox is located in child.root.com. In AD UNC I go in and go into
the Exchange advanced tab and give rights to a user from
outsidedomain.com
I want the user in outsidedomain.com to access a mailbox in
child.root.com. Is this possible? It doesn't seem to work for me.
I can use the trust to give access to network folders but this
exchange task is giving me problems. I can't create any groups and
give access becasue these are two separate forests.
Thanks for the help.
